Pipework, Ductwork, and Vessels can be insulated with many different products depending on the temperature range, location, and thermal efficiency required. These range from high temperature applications using Rockwool and Calcium Silicate products to Chilled applications using Phenolic foam, Armaflex and Nilflam.

RTC Insulation work in partnership with a leading manufacturer of Thermally Efficient flexible covers. These covers offer cost effective solutions to solving insulation requirements for complex valve or pipe configurations where previously metal insulation boxes have been used.
Typical applications include:
Valves, flanges and associated heating equipment for Thermal efficiency. Removable covers for turbine, exhaust systems and ducting up to 1000 degrees centigrade.
